        Exemplary customer service. I wanted a particular item which was not in stock. I was offered alternatives but decided to place a back order as I was in no rush. Many companies dont facilitate this. I was regularly updated whilst the item was sourced from the manufacturer. Every email was clear, polite and informative. Excellent.
