        Nick and the three other chaps who looked after us during my husbands funeral were professional, dignified, respectful, sensitive to our needs and, most importantly, friendly and kind. Nick looked after all the arrangements and everything ran smoothly. Thank you for helping to make a difficult day bearable, in an environment of quiet calm.
