        Received a quote the same day I contacted them and after the work was authorized, NDC technicians were at my home the next day, repairing the garage motor.

        My Mum had gone to NDC to get hold of a part for her garage door and she has been really impressed with their customer service, telling me how wonderful and helpful they had been. There were some hiccups due to the wrong part being sent twice, but she went to pick up the correct one today and accidentally left her walking stick by the counter. After searching everywhere she finally decided she must have left it at NDC and was going to phone them. Just as she got home that day, a car stopped outside her house - with her walking stick! Now that's outstanding customer service!!
