Finishing Touch not only met our expectations, but exceeded our expectations hugely. Ian, Pam and the rest of the team are such wonderful people. Their creativity skills definitely wowed us! Like many, we also got married in 2021 during covid restrictions, and we had to split our wedding from one day to two days. When I called Ian and Pam from Finishing Touch about moving the wedding, they made the change feel so seamless and easy, I honestly couldnt thank them enough. I always knew I could email / call Ian or Pam whenever I had a query or a new idea for the wedding. On both wedding days, Ian even supported the bride and groom when emotions were high by simply checking in and asking if we were okay which was a very nice gesture. The rest of the team were amazing and in a way, they felt part of the whole wedding experience and more than just a supplier. Our whole experience with finishing touch was so easy with their approachable nature and how organised theyre, when they say a timeline they really do stick to it. The client portal is such a good idea, especially when youre stuck trying to find songs for your wedding. We have received our albums and recently received our videosThe colours and quality of the photos are just amazing, and the photos are placed in the album perfectly. The lightning, angles and the way the video has been put together is also beyond perfect! They have captured such wonderful memories, normally your wedding is a blur on the day but with the photos and videos, we really can remember the whole wedding exactly how it was on the day! I would highly recommend Finishing Touch, they are such a brilliant team!
