        I contacted Martin to assess two walls in my property which I wanted to remove. Martin was extremely helpful and professional in providing the structural expertise and documents that I required.

        Dont waste your time with this guy. Tried to contact several times and never once replied to phone calls, emails or texts. Found someone else in the end.

        I was recommended to Martin by two people (separately). After a phone call with him and me sending him videos and a floor plan of what I need doing, I have had zero response, his landline is never answered (no voice message facility either) and his mobile now appears to have been dismantled. Very disappointing for me and the two people who recommended him. I obviously cannot recommend him either.

        I'm one of the unlucky ones. ...he returned my call. ..created havoc with my architect. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I'VE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO CROSS PATHS WITH. Complaint lodged with professional body ...I will post the outcome.
