Food was ok but the service was very poor. First we had to hunt for a staff member who behaved like they had been on an Avoid Eye Contact course. Very miserable, hardly spoke, long delay in getting food, food was fine but if you ask for condiments ask for plenty as she eventually brought a tiny pot of ketchup between 4 of us. Wont bother them again which is a shame as the building was wonderful but I couldnt escape the feeling that if you werent a local you were an imposition.

The place has a lovely atmosphere but they need improvement regards the menu. For the price (13.95) what they're charging burgers I would expect quality not takeaway quality or even less than that. The chicken burger was absolutely awful, plain grilled chicken on a brioche bun, salad and mayo. The beef burger was a bit better but still dry. Negative review for 4 star but because of the place not the food. For these burgers I wouldn't pay more than 5 each, sorry not sorry.
