Coast to moor reflexology

I'd never tried reflexology before - as a scientist I guess I had been a little sceptical of whether it would be beneficial. But I was really pleasantly surprised at the results of Kim's reflexology toddler sessions- kim taught me how to do reflexology on my children's (3 and 5 years old) hands, using simple motions along with well-known nursery rhymes, different motions to target different symptoms. I started a routine where I did it with my children before bed- they absolutely loved "special hands" time! It relaxed them both and calmed them down, and it was noticeable that my youngest woke up less in the night with tummy aches than she had been. Kim was professional and incredibly knowledgeable about reflexology, explained things really well. Would highly recommend. I'm really keen to get a treatment for myself now!

Kim firstly greets in an open and relaxed way. She is Covid safe and efficient. The foot bath is soothing and relaxing and then when she takes my warm feet in her hands and explores all the areas of my body through my feet Im truly amazed at the revelations. The different techniques of caterpillar, rubbing, tweaking, massaging and firm pressure are most pleasurable. Im a real fan of the heel grab and pressing my soles at the end of the session, it makes me feel safe and grounded. Im definitely booking again.

Wonderful and relaxing reflexology treatment. Friendly and professional service. Kim was fantastic and really put me at ease. I feel amazing afterwards. I can't wait for my next treatment. Highly recommend.

Wow, Kim is an amazing reflexologist! I felt so at ease from beginning to end, and totally relaxed once my treatment started. Kim drew a lovely tarot card for me which really helped to set the tone for treatment. Kim is so incredibly knowledgeable about all things reflexology and happily shares this with you during the treatment...presuming that you've not fallen asleep that is! I've been so totally blissed out since my treatment yesterday, so thankyou Kim! I would totally recommend Kim to anyone who wants some reflexology

Absolutely fantastic reflexology, firm pressure and relaxing massage techniques followed by great (and scarily accurate) analysis afterwards. Thoroughly recommend...
