If I could rate 0 stars I would. Unbelievably rude on the phone. Booked a taxi at 10am for 5 people to be collected at 4:10pm - confirmation text received. At 4:15pm no taxi had arrived. Politely called to see where it was and was met by hostility and then the phone being put down. At 4:20pm no taxi had arrived. Called up again to be told one had been dispatched but would be 20 minutes and then they hung up again. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. We had to call a friend to take us to my Mothers birthday meal.

I would put 0 stars if I could. Absolutely appalling service!! My Dad booked well in advance and they just didnt show up! Then when he rang they put the phone down on him- really rude and just wouldnt recommend. It was for my Moms birthday and they completely ruined the meal as we were so late!

Excellent service today. I'm catching a flight today and another taxi service let me down. Rang 24/7 and with in minutes a taxi was outside ready for me. I will only use this taxi firm now on. Thanks for helping me today.

After using this company for 5.1/2 years with nearly always having good service, the last couple of weeks the service provided is disgraceful. Three weeks ago I ordered a taxi for 11.30am it arrived at 11.15am, OK I was ready so that did not matter. The following week I booked a taxi again for 11.30am it arrive at 12.00 making me miss my appointment, the pick up was for 1.30pm it arrived at 1.45pm. This week I booked a taxi for 11.15am because of the problem the week before, it arrived at 11.45am half an hour late again. I did manage to get to my place for 12.00. I booked a return journey for 1.45pm. The taxi eventually arrive at 2.30pm 45 minutes late. This is just not acceptable, what if I was going to catch a train! There is definitely a problem with this company, they are either taking too many bookings and not enough drivers to cover the journeys or as the drivers are telling me, they are not told the pick up times just given the journeys. I dont know how you can run a company based on my experience the last few weeks. I feel sorry for the drivers as they get the brunt of customers exasperation and I think its the people in the office who are responsible for the mess. Get a grip and sort it out before you loose all your customers. Service: Limousines
