DIAL A CAB

Arrived 25 mins late despite being told it would be with us in 5 mins when we called to ask where he was after he was 10 mins late. Driver didn't acknowledge or speak to us during the entire journey not even to tell us how much we owed, we had to ask. Took ages to give change as we weren't giving him any more than the cost. Diabolical service.

Please tell me how you can be over half an hour late and make excuses and lie where your taxis are. No wounded you have 1 star. Youre pathetic, sort out your issues or youll loose customers. K thanks.

Waited an hour and a half for a taxi for my nan. Told first time they were on their way, second time 20 mins, third time 2 mins and each time we ended up waiting for so long. They were abrupt on the phone when we asked how long it would be, even though we stayed polite and calm. Definitely not using them again. Shame as the taxi driver was nice, just a rubbish service.

Poor poor service cannot be honest about what time a taxi is turning up! Every time you call all you get is it's on route then an hour later the same again 'it's on route' obviously cannot cope with busy periods therefore should not operate at all!!!
