Had a realism portrait with Craig. Shop is lovely and clean with a post office and chippy next door if you need food. Everyone there was really friendly and professional. I had a fantastic experience and my tattoo is truly out of this world. Aftercare advice from Craig was excellent and I felt very well cared for. Couldn't recommend them enough, well worth the 3 hour drive for Craig's talents.

Highly recommend for tattoos and piercings. Clean, professional, totally knowledgeable on everything they do, and a completely, comfortable atmosphere inside the studio. I am over the moon with my cover up design completed by Jess. What a lovely man! I have been unhappy with a previous tattoo for many years and you cannot even see it is a cover up, it looks like a whole fresh tattoo. Additionally, I suffer with a medical condition which means I can pass out under high stress or pain, (which I did within 10 minutes) as I often do having any cosmetic treatment, and considering this was my first visit the staff here reacted immediately (especially Jenny the piercing lady, who knew I was going to go before I went and she was the other side of the room!) and they provided the appropriate medical care to myself and I felt totally at ease in her care. Within half an hour I was completely back to normal and continued with my tattoo for the next two hours until completed. What a lovely team of staff. I will definitely be returning for further tattoos or piercings in the future resting easy in knowing I am completely safe in their hands whatever I have done. As a neurodivergent disabled person who has had two bad experiences within the tattoo industry I was nervous when I started considering booking another tattoo. Craig at BW tattoo studios couldnt have made me feel more at ease - he explained everything thoroughly before my appointment, answered my endless questions (and didnt make me feel annoying / foolish for asking them), he welcomed me and made me feel like my custom was really valued at their studio. I was physically comfortable in the studio, offered drinks, comfort breaks, and we stopped for lunch (which I was advised about before my appointment - this is really important to an autistic person who needs to plan ahead!). This all felt really natural and easy. I chatted Craigs ear off for about an hour as I was anxious - I can see now he showed extra compassion towards my own struggles with socialising and communication. The extra consideration to my needs went beyond inclusion - I felt like I was understood and important not just lining someones pockets. My tattoo is beautiful - exactly what I had hoped for - but that feeling of being valued, listened too, appreciated and understood was priceless. The artwork speaks for itself - its unbelievable. But thank you so much for making me feel normal in a situation that I feel could cause lots of people within the ADHD and autistic community great anxiety. I had my Septum pierced and I couldn't be happier. Best piercing shop in Lichfield! They were amazing and the place is gorgeous, so clean, just amazing! Adding to my review, as I've been back to the studio today (23rd April) and had my nipples pierced! Again, a fantastic service, I felt super comfortable being there! Thinking of what I can get done next so I can go again! Thanks so much!!! Service: Nose piercing
