They're rude and inconsiderate. The contractors use vile language play loud music when I have a toddler I the house. I emailed nicely to voice my concerns, to which they ignored my email. I then sent a follow up email as nothing had been clearly done, to which they blocked my messages! Selfish company who is clearly only interested In themselves.

Neighbour of a Le Reve Estates managed HMO (High Street, Dudley) When we were first made aware by Le Reve Estates that the property next door was going to be a HMO we were understandably apprehensive. Sam and her team at Le Reve Estates came to introduce themselves and explain what was being done and continued to even after a few weeks. They assured us that they manage their properties as well as project managing the refurbishment phase and only let to professional working tenants. The property has now been let by them for over 1 year and we have no issues at all. Le Reve Estates write to us every few months or when there is a change over of a few tenants just to let us know. We are really happy that they have taken the time and have consideration for the neighbours and we are happy to report that we have no issues.
