        Rubbish service! Our postman takes things back to the sorting office, even when there is someone in. He knows full well we only use the back door, which is just a few steps further up the driveway from the front door. You cant get to speak to anyone on the phone at the sorting office. We even have a note on the front door saying all deliveries to the back. It wasnt even a signed for parcel, it was cat food!!!

        Why would you shut at 16:00 ? Much of the population have to go to work during your opening hours. Good luck against all the other logistics firms putting customers first.

        Ive had two parcels from these which I have missed so have called up to find out where it is but they cant tell us anything because there is no reference number so I have lost two parcels because their drivers dont put reference numbers on the card.

        Whilst the opening times might not be ideal for those with a 9-5, the staff here are always extremely lovely. I think it is Dawn, (apologies if I am wrong), in particular, who will always go above and beyond to help and is very warm/friendly with customers.
