Bad experience today order wasnt ready after I had ordered 3 days previously. Turned up to shop to collect my order and a item was missed off which was apparently my fault even though it was on original quote. Was told I had to pay extra for these items and when I asked for refund for the items not supplied I was told we can call it evens. I was then informed the missing items would be ready for 1300 and then got a phone call at 1510 which was a massive inconvenience as I need them for 900am that morning. Staff full of excuses and to finish off I was told there is a Major pandemic going on so thats the final word. Unbelievable.

I am delighted to add a review of 5 stars for this place. Service and delivery was brilliant when we explained to the boss that we wanted to help a man who had been conned and damage left with his property by the con men. Thank you for your help at a time when we needed it.
