Chris tuned my Kemble Minx upright piano today. He was very professional, generous with his time with respect to answering my questions about the process, hugely knowledgeable and turned a saloon sounding piano into a beautiful sounding instrument in the space of two hours. Chris came and visited us to tune our very old piano from the 1880s no less. We've only recently obtained the piano As a non pianist Chris spent the time to explain everything. He treated the old girl with care and gave some great advice on the next steps in keeping it maintained. The whole family intends to learn to play and Chris has helped us maintain the piano for many years to come. It was really wonderful to hear Chris play the piano properly and the clarity return. Chris visited us today to tune and service our 100+ year old piano. To our delight he was able to tune it to a high standard and fix the sticky keys. Very genuine and friendly with a passion and love for what he does so very well. We would highly recommend this very experienced professional. We look forward to his visit again next year. Chris kindly tuned and serviced our piano again today. As usual it now sounds absolutely amazing ! He is always bang on time, and his friendly and professional nature is extremely impressive. Chris voiced the piano too and the tone is fantastic as a result. I cant recommend Chris highly enough ! Thank you again for doing such a great job ! I really cant rate Chris highly enough ! Hes looked after our piano for over 16 years and always does an amazing job. Not only is he a top notch professional, but hes also an extremely nice chap too.
