        Passport photo taken - it looks like me! Good start. Tina then took over and sent off my passport renewal application. 10 days later and I have my new passport. Thank you Tina and colleague. Wonderful service.

        Tina and her colleauge were brilliant today. I had a stressful last minuite issue with my printer at home and went into Lichfield branch to try and print documents for work. After issues with connecting my phone, I sent so many emails over to their computer and Tina was so patient with me & helpful in printing the right docs. During the time I was there, it was super busy and they juggled it all. I would highly recommend. Thank you again!
