Following our 3 little dogs luxury spar treatments/full grooming, We would like to echo all the previous positive customer reviews. Prior to moving to Powys we were very lucky to have had the support of two excellent groomers for our little chaps, one in hampshire & one in dorset. When we moved to Powys we unfortunately took our dogs to the nearest groomers to our village, we noticed that the dogs became withdrawn, anxious & stressed following these visits. On the third visit to collect our youngest dog, I actually caught the groomer swearing, F & Blinding & calling our little chap a little S- - t, his arrogant explanation when challenged about his behaviour was that he was trying to trim our dogs legs, & that he wouldnt stand up for the groomer to access this area. This groomer had been previously advised on each 3 visits that our little dog has a displaced hip, & cant stand for prolonged periods. This awful man, who I witnessed display chaotic, & very hyper behaviours on each 3 visits, he should not be allowed to be anywhere near animals, he clearly wasn't interested in our little chap & kept calling him by a different dogs name. Subsequently following this very poor experience, our 3 little dogs had lost real confidence, having become anxious & stressed. Like many fur parents, I have always been successful in providing all of our little chaps with weekly personal care, which they absolutely loved, I.e. washing their faces, feet & bottoms, trimming their eyes & ears, but no matter how much, love care & patience I gave them, they became very resistant to this support. Tamara was recently recommended to us & we feel so very lucky to have found her. Her spa/grooming salon is absolutely beautiful, it is spotlessly clean & you feel that your dogs are in for a very special luxury experience. It is quite amazing that following just one visit, our little chaps are back to their usual confident selves, they are so relaxed & chilled, and clearly very happy to have had such a wonderful experience with Tamara. Her genuine interest in our dogs shines through, along with an amazing kind & caring nature. Tamara was able to demonstrate such a high level of skill in grooming our little dogs, she asked advice as to how we would like them cut & our concerns etc. & all 3 are just beautiful/perfect, they look so handsome again, she was even able to achieve cutting their nails. It speaks volumes to us, that Tamara has achieved what she has with them, from just one visit, it is quite amazing. We are sincerely very thankful & grateful to Tamara for her wonderful support. Thank you so much . Really looking forward to our little chaps next visit, xxx

My cat Shadow had an awful lot of mats in her underbelly and arm/leg pits. She isn't the most confident cat and is a bit skittish. I was a bit nervous as to whether she would behave for Tamara. But I booked her in and my trepidation was completely aleviated. Tamara welcomed her into the 'beauty spa' with a kind, friendly approach, stroking her whilst she was in her carrier. I left and went for a coffee in the cafe Tamara recommended and had a walk around the beautiful village, returning the salon an hour and a half later. Well I could not believe the pile of hair and mats that I saw when I went in. But mostly I was so surprised that Shadow had let her pamper her and remove her mats. She was so calm and relaxed, and smelt devine. I do not hesitate in giving Tamara 5 stars. Exceptional care and respect for Shadow's little foibles and a gorgeous lady to boot! So grateful Shadow and Jan xx
