Fit Lab Studio

I was looking for something that would help me build a good habit well and I feel like I really found it with Fit Lab: small personal classes, challenging and varied enough to push you but familiar enough to build a rhythm, and a lovely group of people to get fitter with! Any time I am back in Lichfield, I would come back here.

I initially went to Ben to improve my overall fitness for an upcoming London marathon. I found the sessions really challenging and varied and Ben is a really good motivator. Not only did my fitness improve considerably but I managed to shave an amazing 32 minutes from my marathon time after joining. Needless to say I made my PT sessions with Ben a permanent fixture. I can't recommend enough.

As a novice to the gym initially the prospect was a bit daunting. I decided to give Fit Lab a try and have now been doing PT sessions for over a year. Ben the owner is very approachable and pushes me to to do my best. Since starting the sessions I have seen a noticeable change in my fitness levels and flexibility. He is knowledgeable and takes time to understand my goals. Sessions have a great variety of exercises so are always different. PT sessions are flexible which is ideal for me with my changing work schedule and family life. Would definitely recommend giving Fit Lab ago!

My son has being having PT with Ben for about a year now and he enjoys every session. Ben is friendly, motivational & we have seen terrific results. Would highly recommend.
