Although our involvement with Bill Tandy did not result in a sale/purchase, we were impressed by their efficiency & service in general. They listened to our needs & did their best to accommodate them. A significantly better operation than other agents we have dealt with.

We have a small portfolio of properties and like to use Bill Tandy on any sale. We have just concluded a sale of a studio apartment at the 2nd attempt and Tina has been brilliant in keeping the momentum going and pushing solicitors etc while helping us balance getting a lease extension at the same time. She is always so helpful and has great backup in the office too and really value their service from Phil Hall down. Thank you again. David
