We purchased our house with another estate agent but used Connells for their financial/mortgage advice service after recommendation from a friend. Jane and Kieran have been absolutely fantastic throughout the process. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always at the end of the phone for queries big and small. We really appreciated the thoughtful and honest advice that we received and the process we went through was extremely thorough, covering things we hadnt even considered! They have made this usually stressful time enjoyable and stress free. Could not recommend them enough!

Would not recommend Connells lettings for any prospective tenants. Repairs required to our property took a unreasonable amount of time, including refitting or carpet which after a full 12 months had still not been repaired. 6 weeks of our tenancy we had no use of our en suite shower due to it leaking though the ceiling downstairs. This took multiple phone calls, no shows and multiple chasers. We had no visits for the full duration of our tenancy. We struggled to get responses throughout the duration of our tenancy. Upon leaving the property, we have been met with a checkout report with a scale of Sparkle, Moderate, Deep, with notable cleaning quotes such as Driveway Very Good, Dusty. If you are renting with Connells dont forget to hoover your driveway at the end! If you are not able to avoid entirely, make sure to take photos of every single wall, skirting, door handle at the beginning and end of your tenancy in case you face the same sparkle scale.

When remortgaging our property I anticipated it to be stressful and time consuming! Jane however managed the process from start to finish, going above and beyond, resulting in the process not only being stress free but also very little of my time was consumed! I couldnt have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend.

Would highly recommend both Connells for the selling of your house and the mortgage too. They sold our house within days and went above and beyond when we had to tackle a rather difficult solicitor from our buyers. Theyve stayed in touch re post and have always been really helpful.
