This is for your Lichfield branch. Brilliant bernie I called the shop this morning and by the afternoon I was comparing my old speakers to a potential upgrade. Bernie was fantastic, taking time to listen, undersrand and advise as to what was right for me. We eventually ended on the fact that my current speakers were actually not worth the cost of upgrading. We did however decide a sub woofer would fix the problem I was having. Well done bernie, it would have been most person's intentions for me to splash the cash, all you cared about was having a happy customer. On top of that, you also got a sale. Win Win.

We have previously purchased from Tom last year and when a family member needed a new sound system this was the first port of call. He was able to show us a variety of sound bars and helped us select a quality product. Thanks again Tom!

I recently bought a Yamaha Soundbar from Ichfield store. I had problems setting it up, and was advised firstly on the telephone and because I was not confident doing it an employee called Usman walked to my home and set the soundbar up. It works well and I sincerely thank Usman for his patience and very valuable help. I have two TVs from you and would never shop anywhere else. Thanks again
