        Absolutely disgusted with this shop! Mother in law went in to find out why lots of data had be used on her phone as she use a very small amount. Not knowing what she was doing she ended being sold a contract with a data amount that far exceeds what she needs. We have since tried to change and back and cant, been advised she needs a seperate pay as you go until its sorted. Well be cancelling the contract and going elsewhere. Doesnt feel right staying with a company that likes to scam elderly customers. You could have just helped her with her question..not sell her something she doesnt need!!!!!!!

        Took my Mum in to change her phone. I have nothing but praise for Zack and the way he helped her. He was respectful and also mindful of her age - didn't bombard her with terms she wouldn't have understood. Sorted out a replacement phone and was really patient whilst it took ages to transfer the info from old to new. Great customer service Thank you
