        Tried to buy an oven and my order was cancelled by a sales manager Melanie. No call, no discussion, just ended up wasting my time and energy. Rubbish service , go somewhere else where you may find a professional service and people. To be clear they had no idea whether I was exporting or not. Bought and paid for in UK and to be delivered to UK. But theye just cancelled the order. I spoke with Rangemaster directly who confirmed that they had no issues at all, but it was down to the retailers . In this case was a huge mistake by the "manager" and I don NOT recommend this company

        Great service, delivery of washing machine on a Saturday 3 days after ordering on a free standard delivery, packaging taken away. All without extra costs. Most other retailers you would have paid extra of up to 50 extra for that.
