The guys that work there are sound. Took car in for mot which unfortunately failed but they put me right and was able to collect car same day. Top notch service and booking in for full service next week

Absolutely appalling service, Im still in shock. Booked a service online, ATS clearly show branch does vans, they have my registration number and thus know the size of the van. They happily took my 315 no worries at all. Arrived for service to an offensive rude man who literally chuckled when I said Id come for a service and he sarcastically said ha, not with that thing youre not. As he chuckled and was being sarcastic I genuinely thought it was his way of a joke. But no apparently despite the fact that ATS wanted my cash upfront (?) and they knew exactly what vehicle it was in terms of size etc. No, this branch couldnt and wouldnt be helping me. I could maybe live with the error maybe, had the offensive man whom is allegedly customer facing staff? Not been unbelievably rude and offensive. To laugh at a customer, not once apologise at all, and every comment he uttered was in a smirking sarcastic manner. For example I said I was hoping during service they would find what noise from fanbelt was, his snarky comment nothing to do with a service, we wouldnt touch that anyway. What else? Really ATS, your staff speak to people like that? Again, not one single utter of an apology for the fact Im 315 lighter and now taken a day off for your service, stayed overnight in a hotel as im not local. No, not even remotely an apology, in fact just snarky sarcastic and grin. Unbelievable, I shall be pursuing full compensation for hotel, lost days work and of course my refund!

The last time I used ats for mot had problems with manager I've used them for 14 yrs for tyres and mot but no longer
