        I have previously shopped at this lighting shop and had a good customer experience however on this occasion It was terrible .I purchased two lamps and asked if they could be returned if they werent suitable . I was told yes. However today when I tried to return then I was told I could only have a credit note. This was not mentioned when I initially asked if they could be returned, I also couldnt see any signs highlighting this return policy . I will not be using this shop again. PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE

        Terrible costumer experience. I was promised money back if the lamp shade that I purchased wouldnt fit. I returned the shade only to be told by a different man I cannot have my money back (I had to purchase another item of the same value). 50 wasted on something I did not want. Very rude staff if challenged, please be warned.
