Had my ears pierced 3 times by a charming young lady with red hair. She was running the shop all on her own but still took the time to answer my questions as I was having old piercings that had healed up, redone. I use a power chair and couldn't get into the till safely at my local Claires (Sutton Coldfield) so when we passed this shop and I saw a lady in the window having her ears pierced, I chanced it and as the lady was so friendly and I had room to manoeuvre I had my piercings done here. Chosing my earrings was so easy, they are all on a board. I completed an online form and then it was done, painlessly and accurately, as I was worried they wouldn't match up exactly to the previous ones. Aftercare kit given and explained thoroughly and told to ring or pop back in if I had any concerns. If you have a child who wants their ears pierced, I would recommend this shop for it's relaxed atmosphere and service. Some Claire's are so crambed in, overfilled and a bit chaotic, but not this one. Cannot recommend the lady who served me enough, really sorry I didn't get her name. Will come back for more when healed!

I had the best time in here the other day. I wanted to treat myself to a few new things. The two ladies that were working were both amazing and sooo friendly. When I went to pay the lady that served me explained that they had a Buy 3 get 3 for free! Who doesn't love a good bargain. Ended up going home having the best time jn here. We chatting about games also and it was nice to know that other ladies have the same interests as me! Will definitely be returning
