        Received a penalty on this car park on two occasions. On the first occasion, I had payed but the machine was not working. I disputed this with Euro Car Parks Ltd but I was still charged 60. On the second occasion I was 11-minutes late back to my car after an appointment ran over and I was charged another 60. This is the smallest fee that can be payed, and if the fee is left unpaid for 14 days, it increases to 100. I would not park here under any circumstances.
