White Stuff Lichfield

There is a most repugnant woman working here. She has blonde hair, is extremely full of herself and speaks to customers like they are scum. May, I remind you Ms Attitude, you work in a shoddy clothes shop. You, unpack, unfold, iron and hang clothes up on hangers, for a job . Today, 6/6/23 , I witnessed an elderly lady being spoken to in a most rude, disrespectful and abrasive manner. Being questioned as to whether she actually had the receipt for the items, she was returning. ( I was astounded, the lady could hardly walk, let alone shoplift) Blonde , with the massive attitude problem, was clearly judging this lady , as if some one mature , had no right to be shopping there. Thank goodness that lady was! Most people walk in and walk straight back out. Do not judge or berate your customer, your shop will soon be closing down. The clothes are on par with Primark. I only went in to kill a bit of time, it was cold and I was early for a meeting. Attitude woman, sort yourself out, karma will be heading your way! I use to be a loyal customer but the stuff here is an extortionate price for pure tat. Avoid this dump, Head to Seasalt, quality clothes with quality staff.

Only a small shop but still a very good choice . All the staff I have meet in store have been lovely helpful and very friendly . The dog loves his free treat every time we go in .I love all my new clothes they are great quality and sizing is perfect
