I have had trouble with my ears for over a decade and I have seen lots of specialists for micro-suction ear wax removal, both privately and on the NHS, but nobody has come close to the superb service I received here on 3rd September. The lady I saw was friendly and warm but she really took the time to listen to me and my history and the micro-suction itself was incredible - she was so careful I didn't feel any pain at all, which is a first for me, and she explained exactly what was happening throughout the procedure. I left with my ear genuinely feeling 100% clear - also a first for me - and 10 days later it still feels great with zero pain and discomfort. Nobody has ever managed to fully clear my ear before, let alone do it with zero pain and little discomfort. The charge was very fair and competitive with rivals, but the service was superb. I've already booked to go back to have some custom swimming ear plugs made. THANK YOU, you've saved me so much pain and discomfort.
