Very disappointed that you no longer support cash payers but only accepting card,this is a bad move in my opinion. You are discriminating against people that wish to keep using cash, please rethink this move & bring back cash or lose customers!

Love Walter Smith, live in Stafford and will travel to get meat from Lichfield. Normally 5 But two occasions in the last month have been 100% disappointed, no diced lamb and NO lamb shanks !! Sad

Only 2 stars following my recent experience purchasing chicken fillets. The butcher seemed taken aback when I asked about the source of the meat and was it local/UK. He was evasive but nodded. There was a tractor sign on the label but the writing too small to read of its origin. On arriving home the meat is not sourced in the UK but different countries :((. I will not be using this butcher again.

Only given a 3 due to staff. No hello or goodbye or even can I help you. Won't be shopping there again no customer service skills just stares. Very disappointed as was recommended to try them
