        These guys are are great, I bought an ebike privatelyand had an issue with controller programming , but they didnt hesitate in help sorting out and in fact the bike is running way better than when I bought it Highly recommended

        inquired about a part and they sent it the same day. very quick response and service, would diffidently use them again. i even ordered the wrong part and they sent the correct one immediately after returning the incorrect one. flawless company.

        After being fobbed off by the Cycle Chain from whom I purchased my mtb I rang Greyville Enterprises direct and they could not have been more helpful. I spoke to Adam, who quickly identified the part I needed and it was despatched that same day. Great service and value and will definitely use the company again.

        Absolutely brilliant customer service. I sent an email with an image of the specific part I wanted for my bike. They confirmed they had the correct one in stock, I paid for it and it arrived next day. Just fitted it on bike and it is correct. I was dubious about some of the same pieces of equipment from larger auction sites fitting my bike but these put my mind at rest. I will use them again
