I had some old MTB lights from America I couldn't find any leads or batteries for. I sent them off to Mark at MTB batteries and he sorted it all out for me. Very conscientious and I found it good value. I've got some other lights knocking about that I'm going to send off when they turn up as well.

I've used MTB Batteries a couple of times over the last few years. As well as having excellent products, the customer service and back up is honestly the best I have experienced from a point of speed of service and delivery to quickly answering general and technical questions. Proper old school customer service, so refreshing in this day and age.

Honestly the best service you could ask for. I needed a spare part (after a user error accident involving with my battery cable and my spokes) and these guys just leapt into action to get me back riding again. Thanks MTB Batteries!

Awesome comms, price and delivery method/packaging. The cabling and units are allot lighter than older versions and more sturdy. The connectors are also very robust and the threads secure. Quality components used. No pushy sales just genuine quality service and options to suit needs (cable length and sizing). This has brought to life some high quality lights ready for the darkness. Mine were to service some high end Troutie lights and a hope battery replacement for the girlfriend. Highly recommended and will use repeatedly (as no doubt I will kill more batteries but due to no or overcharging - keep at 30% yr round). Sven in Bristol
