Super-efficient, friendly and really good price. Broken lock in UPVC doors at 9.30am, called at 10am, someone with me by 11.30am, job done and dusted within an hour. Feared the worst (new handles), but Stuart simply sorted the lock for me and all good. Life-savers and deserve lots of business - so nice to find a good, local business and could not recommend more. Excellent service in an emergency. UPVC door had jammed locked shut. We needed access urgently and everything was sorted very quickly. An explanation was provided re. part needed. Would definitely use again if required.

I was quoted 340 by a locksmith to repair a faulty UPVC lockmaster door lock, so once I picked myself up from the floor, declined his offer and called LL&KR who advised me to remove the lock and bring it in. They had said they would come out to me and do the job for less than half the locksmith quote too, if needed! They replaced the lock gearbox, tested it was all working and also gave me a screw for the door handle that I'd managed to lose. It cost a fraction of my earlier quote and I found the guys there really helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you!!

Had a key cut for a VW Caddy, Timpsons told me it wouldnt be possible and I needed to buy a new key for 55. As I had the new blank key. Lichfield lock and key took the time to explain it may not work but they are willing to try and for an excellent price as well. It worked perfectly and I would highly recommend them. Great service and a happy customer.

Lichfield lock and key repairs cut me a new double sided key for my safe. Price was good and service was exceptional. Were extremely helpful firstly when I contacted them via email to ask if they could do it, and then in person when I visited the shop.
