Stephen's friendly, helpful manner and his knowledge, efficiency and attention to detail have made a very stressful process much less so. Emails are answered on the same day, phone calls are almost always taken and if not they are returned very promptly, there has been no waiting around wondering what's happening, and I have not needed to chase at all.
