Wright People HR helped us to undertake a huge review of our HR processes, including; helping to identify our strategy and KPIs, providing numerous high quality staff and manager training sessions, updated recruitment processes and the implementation of a HR platform into the business. From the initial meetings through to final delivery Wright People HR provided expertise and invaluable support. In a relatively short space of time they completely modernised our HR approach, improving staff engagement and morale across the business. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

"We wont grow unless our people do LFI is a family-owned UK manufacturer of ladders and steps, based in Gloucestershire and has seen some significant growth over past few years as they develop new products and expand into new markets. As part of this, a new management team has been assembled to take the company forward under the stewardship of Ben Walker, MD. As a new team has been formed and a company structure which allows for growth installed, we needed to ensure we gave our people the tools they needed to make things happen. To enable this, the whole company structure carries our core values at its heart. To help the management team to embrace these beliefs, LFI engaged with Wright People to not only ensure that all HR practises are current across the business (to protect their people) but to also nurture and develop the team with what they need to ensure that the correct values, behaviours and competencies can be reinforced and measured in a clear way. The work to ensure that the reasons for doing this can be seen front to back in the company structure, role descriptions and performance reviews has shown everyone within Team LFI, how effective the correct training and HR practises can be said Andy Ferris, Commercial Director. As 2022 progresses, the whole of Team LFI will have benefitted in some way from the training and mentoring that Wright People have provided, from up-skilling people to helping and understanding behaviours, to ensuring policies and processes are up to best practice standards.

Helen is absolutely amazing. She worked on an HR issue I had which could have been a very stressful situation if it wasn't for her calming influence and excellent knowledge and experience in this specialist subject. She is very professional but also makes you feel so at ease whilst going through each stage of the process. She has a very broad knowledge and experience across HR.
