        Booked appointment for my 8 year old daughter who is scared of the hairdresser. Taken us a year to get her to go. When arrived was told to come back at 5. At 5.30 still hadn't been seen. When we asked how long the wait would be the stylist was extremely rude in front of my 8 year old and another customer. The excuse given was that she doesn't book her own appointments and it's not her fault that she's running late. No apology, just rudeness. Why not inform customers if you're running that late? Absolutely appalling service to customers. Will definitely not be going back.
