I had a haircut from Lisa recently, taking off approximately three inches of bleached hair (which was my first profressional cut in four years so there was little to no shape to my hair). She was lovely from the moment I walked in; I was assisted immediately despite arriving a little early, she took the time before doing anything to ask how I'd like it, and gave me guidance on bits that I wasn't sure about (how short to go to give healthy ends again, how to counteract having a lot of hair that isn't thin). As she cut, she confirmed additional things that I had forgotten to mention, such as if I wanted the front cut a little differently (I did). She did an amazing job styling it at the end in curls (despite the short length), and I left feeling brilliant. Service: Hairstyling
