        A very good selection of structured fitness classes. Catering for all levels of fitness and abilities. Other equipment all around the gym.

        A good gym and a good business model. A bit busy this time of year but has all the right equipment and in sufficient quantity, except at the busiest of times. And no contract.

        Went for one month, then switched to a local independent gym. A lot of classes are held right in the middle next to the free weights sections, and a lot of young kids sitting on machines rather than using them. Always busy and takes ages to get your routine done.
