Had some problems with my fire recently. Flameright Fires have been really helpful and decent with me in helping me to get the problem resolved. It has felt like a really personal service, very reliable and helpful and very very fair in terms of payment. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company. We truly wish we had purchased our beautiful Ennio 3 electric fire directly from yourselves, rather than through the particular showroom we unfortunately happened to visit. Your awesome customer care and service, along with the time you gave to us last Thursday was, in particular, especially welcomed and greatly appreciated by us! First class company very satisfied with how my phone call was so efficiently answered .The fire is excellent, Most polite and helpful staff,I was promised coal for my fire,it was with me the next day.would most certainly recommend this company excellent in every way,

Wonderful service from this company. Recently I had one of their team out to repair my 8 year old Tennyson fire and whilst on the visit also serviced my Luma fire. Extremely nice people to deal with and great service. Keep up the good work.
