Took two bridesmaids dresses here to be altered (one of them is pictured on the left) and the other is not pictured. They did an incredible job! They took one of the dresses down by two dress sizes and it fitted like a glove, felt so confident. They have repaired my gym leggings, and many of my partners jackets and they have always done a fantastic job. Wont go anywhere else for my alterations or repairs.

I went here to get a bridesmaid dress tailored as it needed 2 inches from the bottom. They were really lovely at first and this is why I didnt mind paying the 32 they asked for up front, although this was pricey compare to other tailors, I thought it would be better to pay a bit more and support local. The problems came when I went to pick up my dress. The older lady who I believe is Jima was there, my friend attended on the day I had been told to collect and it wasnt ready with no explanation given, they didnt ask for a receipt or phone number to confirm I had asked her to collect. When I attended the following week it was ready but Jima was very rude to me, she told me that she was going to charge me more money because I didnt have a receipt (which they never gave me) despite me showing her on my bank statement I had paid and she had record of this in her book too. The dress has pieces of stitch hanging out of the bottom and although was now the correct length was not done to a high standard so I had to go elsewhere to get it sorted.
