Pickering House Dental Practice

Horrible service. Although the dentist and treatment has been good so far, my recent visit, unfortunately my son was sick due to something he had eaten. The whole dentist team looked at us in disgust and made me feel unwelcome and highly embarrassed for an uncontrollable accident my son had. All they were concerned about was advising that he can't see the dentist now (clearly he wouldn't be able to!) , they didn't offer me anything to help clear the mess up until i asked. I was left to clean it up with no sympathy from the dentist team. My appointment then was rushed to just get us out the door and didn't feel we had a full check up professionally.

This dental practice is amazing, I felt totally relaxed the staff put you at ease! This is the best dental practice out there I would highly recommend! Thank you to all the lovely staff!

I have been with this practice for about 5 years now and have to say from a very nervous patient, well to be honest, terrified, this is the best dental practice I have ever attended. From general checkups to regular hygienist appointments and more recently an implant I have been treated in a way that has completely changed my absolute dread of appointments to a feeling of relative calm and composure and a lack the previous near hysteria going to the dentist. Mrs Handa , my dentist. So patient and kind, the hygienist ( my worst nightmare) so calm and lovely and Dr Handa my implant dr. Well I cant believe I could go through that process in such a calm and relaxed state. He was amazing. I now have a new permanent tooth that looks great and feels great. Thanks so much everyone. I will never be leaving this practice. Luckily for you, I am getting quite old

This dental practice is truly amazing. I have been seen by Mr Handa and Mrs Handa and both are very kind, caring, patient and explain everything to you. Both of these lovely people are extremely professional and exceptionally knowledgable. They make you feel very relaxed and their patients needs and comfort are their prime concern. All of the staff are also very kind, very understanding and very patient, nothing is too much trouble for them. Would thoroughly recommend this practice.
