        I made a mistake using the costa machine not knowing that you have to scan the receipt and im at the self serve paying for it using the option of large costa coffee and this snotty cow comes over being rude saying that the price in the till is wrong and Ive underpaid. I offered to pay the extra as i said the last time i used a costa machine you just put in the selection on the till screen and she said leave it in a karen tone. Was made to feel like i was trying to steal even though i thought i was doing right.
