        I've had a few PCs serviced in Lichfield by various businesses over the past few years and I can say that Dr Computer is easily the best of the bunch. I'm really happy with the work Tom has done. He came out of his way to collect my gaming PC which had both hardware and software issues, he fixed everything and then delivered it back to me in perfect condition. His prices were much lower than quoted by the other place in Lichfield, his work is far superior and to add to all that he's extremely professional and informative. He also gave regular updates which was reassuring. If you are looking for PC repairs or services in Lichfield, I would highly and only recommend Dr Computer.

        Tom was very quick to respond and explained what he could and couldn't do. He explained that if he couldn't fix the problem there would be no charge. However he managed to solve the corrupted usb drive quickly and sent me a picture to check the files that were recovered. Tom was friendly and professional throughout and took time to explain everything. Would definitely recommend.
