        Where to start??? Drove 30 miles for our appointment to test drive the car, it was dirty, un-prepped, had two flat tyres and buried at the back of the yard. It was reserved in the good faith that they agreed to refund if we decided not to purchase. Let's just say our intuition took us to another garage to purchase a car instead and when I politely requested the refund of my deposit as agreed with them - I was faced with a disgusting, dismissive attitude from another salesman who point blank told me I'm not getting any refund because I should have checked the small print of the receipt. Yep, I know, I should have checked, but seriously the shocking customer service made my frustration go from 1-10 instantly. Avoid this garage.
