Vie hair and nail salon

Lovely place! Amazing staff. Everyone is friendly and you can have a laugh with them. Took my girlfriend here for a treat and she was super happy with her new set of nails! This is now her favourite place to go to! A lovely family run business and im sure if you go here youll be going back just like my girlfriend will be doing 10/10 service would recommend

Gemma has been doing my hair for over 18 years and I have always been extremely happy with the cut/colour. Great that she offers suggestions too as to what is best for my hair/face shape. Fab that you can get your hair and nails done in the same place by Shell and the team too. Vie is a lovely modern salon with really friendly staff who do a great job! 5* Service: Hairstyling

Probably wont be going here again. Experience overall a bit bland. I asked over the phone if the place had any availability for hard builder gel Friday afternoon. I got told id be with a girl called Emmy who was a apprentice. I asked roughly the price and was told 23.50. Everything was booked etc and i got there. Really small space for the nail area. Quite cramped & cluttered into one corner when there was other spaces not being used. Anyway, small mis communication where id asked for builder gel. Usually asking there means i get a little extension no matter where ive Been before but not this time. So this made me very uncomfortable to ask to have a little length added to them. It wasnt til i was paying the 2mm id had added to 5 fingers meant the price went up to 30. Id usually pay this so i wasnt too fussed but id not been told it was going to cost extra 7 quid for 2mm for one hand. Then to top it off the "hard" gel came off the same day. It really wasnt worth the uncomfortable experience and my nails are worse off now. 30 quid bad environment & no gel on my nails anymore. Plus i didnt ask for polish so wasnt worth it in the end.
