My experience with Shensmith Barristers was enlightening and reassuring. I would highly recommend them for Intellectual Property cases. Speaking with Mr Daniel Shensmith quickly put me at ease. He listened attentively, asked the right questions and walking me through the law, citing cases that were similar to mine and rulings that suggested that I had not infringed copyright laws. He went the extra mile by gaining access to the backend of my website to ensure that the way the image in question was uploaded to the site was within legal requirements. His patience whilst I looked for login details was exemplary. At no time did I feel harried. The letter he drafted to my Ill-advised pursuers was impressive and factual. I am glad I chose them to act on my behalf and will do it again.
