Had a right kafuffle, ordered some parts for a friend with the correct reg but still managed to get the wrong parts. The following day we attempted to return parts but had lost the receipt! It was clear one member of staff did not want us to return them despite it being their mistake. Fortunately the second member of staff was happy too oblige. The first member of staff explained that theres was no possible way at if refunding to a Apple Pay device! He was certain, however the the other guy attempted to and by the grace of god it worked! Very grateful for the helpful member of staff, if he was not there we would of been ultimately dissatisfied. So I must thank him! Not the greatest service overall though!

Overprice. You can get some parts Tamworth 40% less similar shop.

I like a local, small business motor factors and this is the top of the pile. Warm, friendly welcome from knowledgeable staff and a wide selection of stock available off the shelf at competitive prices. I will certainly be back
