Transfer from grenoble to les deux alpes 1 hour late and on return journey they just cancelled on us 20 minutes before we were due to be picked up at 0615 in the morning.

AWFUL SERVICE We booked a transfer with 2 child seats and when we arrived they did not have them and had no way of getting them. They are a shambles. Do not travel with this company if you have children. We ended up having to go without the seats with the children on our laps. A 7 month old and three year old. We had no other option and they we so unhelpful and unwilling to source the seats we had paid for. Have also not had a refund in any form. Terrible service. Service: Limousines

Would not recommend booking with this firm. Geneva airport meet & greet failed to show up for my family of 5. After waiting over an hour at the meeting point having collected luggage and having been told so many different untrue stories by the telephone customer service team (the driver stuck in traffic, car has broken down, we have a new driver coming, someone is already at the airport, they will be with you in 5 minutes, I dont know their name but they know where you are waiting) we gave up and had to pay for another taxi. Well instruct a chargeback through the credit card so wont be financially out of pocket but its a grim stressful experience, a terrible start to a holiday - my advice is that you cannot trust this firm to deliver the service which you will have paid for in advance and they are seemingly powerless to resolve. Save yourself the anxiety and book through a local operator.

Absolutely avoid this transfer company! We booked in advance as group of 6 for transfer from Geneva Airport to Verbier for a total cost of c 400. The flight got delayed unexpected for 90min. The transfer company worked with a supplier that charged us 120 EUR extra due to waiting without properly explaining to us the component of charge. No T&C has been explained properly about additional charges that might incur due to delay. The response we got is first 1 hour is free of charge, then followed by EUR 100 every hour. Our flight is delayed for 2 hours, so per T&C, we should get charged 100 EUR. But their customer service said sorry EUR 120 is non-negotiable and coming from supplier directly due to the wait and they have other transfers booked! Absolutely AVOID this company!!!! unless you want to get robbed on the day!
