British Airport Transfer

They have exceeded my expectations. The driver was waiting for me at the airport, and the car was luxurious and comfortable. The journey was smooth, and the driver was very helpful with my luggage. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

I traveled with them this winter and it was good to experience very professional and timely service. I took a ride to hyde park and it was great in experience. The cab delivered in the due time. One thing that they can improve on is that they must waive the waiting charges like I stopped in the middle for 3-4mins to buy some snacks for picnic and I was charged another 10$ :( other then this I am happy with the service and the experience I often use it now and its a great help in the mad hours. The whole point of using their services, was to book a drive from airport with a child seat for our small daughter. But surprise- their driver arrived without a child seat. So late at night, we drove to our hotel while my wife was holding our daughter with a seatbelt (completely unsafe). What was particularly annoying was the company's response completely careless, and instead of an apology (zero apology when I spoke to them) and a proper compensation they only agreed to return 5 GBP for the seat.
