Moved from CFP to Rentman approx 4 years ago. The worst decision I ever made. The software continuously crashes to the point where it is now crashing and freezing up to 12 times a day. After the best part of an hour waiting for someone in support to log on, all they try and do is make out the problem must be to do with our server rather than fix the issue. Theres nothing wrong with our server as verified by our IT team. The problem is firmly with the poor software Rentman provides and the even poorer service. Were a management company that relies on our software in order to operate. Instead we have to spend hours everyday waiting for someone in support to log on and do nothing about it. Appalling
