Knowledgeable and very friendly, within minutes of starting my health and movement assessment with Nigel, I had a better understanding of how my body worked, and how best to support myself while working out. While at my next session at the gym I noticed myself thinking back to the assessment which has helped me rearrange my posture and positioning while running. I always had trouble flat out running, but never knew why. Now, having learnt about posture and foot positioning its helped me get fitter with none of my old problems. I cannot recommend Nigel highly enough

Thanks to working with Nigel I have achieved new improved and sustainable habits around hydration, food choices, sleep and exercise. There is consistency, stamina, enjoyment and motivation around movement in life and at the gym. A solid grasp of logic and principles behind resistance training and exercise, and clear results including reduced stress levels, improved strength and appearance, more consistent energy, self esteem and presence. If you are serious about getting your s#!+ together then I wouldn't hesitate!

I went to see Nigel to help me to lose the weight I put on during the pandemic. I also had a lot of pain in my knee that meant I found working out on my own difficult. Nigel was fantastic, he listened to what my needs were and tailored our work out routines to that. After about 7 months, I'm down about 7Kg, and importantly to me, I can do workouts on my own - or even just move about in life, without intense pain. I feel more energetic, more mobile and flexible, stronger and much healthier overall! I'd describe Nigel as very professional, good listener, very pragmatic and non judgemental.
